Together, We Fight Heart Disease and Stroke!
Be part of one of Croí’s favourite events! Join us on Friday, October 17th at 8 PM on Salthill Prom or bring the Croí Night Run to your community. Walk, jog, or run 5km with family, friends, or colleagues and help us fight heart disease & stroke – one step at a time.

Salthill Route
The 5km run will start at Mutton Island. Runners will run on the main road towards Blackrock, staying on the left side of the road (we cone down the middle and stop traffic on the left for the duration of the run). The half way point is the “kick wall” before Blackrock Tower – runners will turn around at this point and return via the promenade and run back to Mutton Island finish line (where you started). The route is a one-way system.”
